[SPECIAL SERIES] :: House Hunters #3 - Baby's Room + CONTEST

Hey guys! Today is another installment of House Hunters, this time the room is a baby room. If you've been keeping track you may have noticed that episodes were posted on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I plan on continuing this premiere schedule until the end of the series! Anyways, this igloo includes a crib, stuffed animals, a rocking horse, a reading chair, and bookshelves. Check it out!
Baby's Room

 Every Friday I plan on hosting a mini contest for a chance to be featured in the House Hunters finale! This week's challenge is to create a living room + dining room combo that pleases the Waddlez family and compromises on their conflicting requests. The living room and dining room MUST be together in the same igloo.
Here are the requirements: 
Mr. Waddlez: He loves watching sports and would LOVE to have a huge TV to watch the game, but wants the living room just for him. In case he gets hungry during the blue team game he would like to have snacks, so he doesn't have to wait for six hours for Mrs. Waddlez's signature macaroni and cheese. He's also a huge fan of watching movies so he would like space to store his blu-rays. Like most men, he doesn't care about anything else, as long as it pleases his wife.
Mrs. Waddlez: She's huge on cooking and would like a very quant, cozy and decorated kitchen and dining room. She doesn't think the house needs a giant TV and would prefer to keep it small. She would prefer open concept and for the house to look very modern. She would like a section in the living room to work on her crafts, but is annoyed with how loud Mr. Waddlez gets when he watches the game, so a quiet place is ideal. She would also like features that please her two cats: Gizmo and Venus.
Find a solution that compromises their requests! Feel free to use only part of an igloo like I did with the Baby's Room and Bathroom. Submit your igloo in the comments by Friday, July 17.

    Ok I don't think I was clear with what I want. I want you to create an igloo that ONLY has a dining room and living room combo. I DO NOT want a whole house igloo. If you need reference material feel free to look at the Baby's Room [this episode] and the Bathroom [episode 2] for inspiration. I want the igloo to look like that, only a small portion of an igloo.

      Because I want you to decide what you're going to make and put, one of Mrs Waddlez's requests is that she likes to cook. The only restriction is that I want ONLY a living room and kitchen (meaning I don't want a full house).
