Day 13 | WINNER ANNOUNCED [13 Nights of Horror]

Happy Halloween! Welcome to Day 13 the final day of 13 Nights of Horror! Today the winner will be announced, but before that let's acknowledge all the entrants. 
 I was overwhelmed with the number of responses I received for the contest! Each igloo stood out in its own way and I'm so sorry that I could only choose 13. There was one igloo that really shined for me and that was the Pumpkin Patch made by Demisalvino! Congrats Demi!

    When I was on CP, I went to the Beach to relax, so when I came there I saw this: http://prntscr.com/8z40u1
    So while I was there, VERY curious, my friend came and told me what was going on! She said that aliens were arriving, and that someone had recieved a Tin Foil Hat, that no one else got. So right now people are saying "PICK ME" and "TAKE ME TO YOUR LEADER" and stuff. I believe it! Do u? do you think it's nonsense? Are the penguins making it up? Comment back stating your opinion!
