I think there should be more hospital elements. I like the top middle section but the lower half of the igloo is filled with waiting area space and you could have used this space to make more hospital rooms. I don't really like the use of the aquarium as an exterior wall either. I do like the operation rooms though -- you just need more rooms in this style. 8/10
