Furniture Item of the Week! January 27, 2014: Big Screen TV

Hey! It's Flip here with a new post series i'm doing called Item of the Week. Every week I will choose a random furniture item to feature on the blog, and give you guys some information about the item, like when it was released, how many coins it costs, and some cool facts. 

This week's item of the week is... the Big Screen TV! 

The Big Screen TV is a rare room furniture item in Club Penguin, and it costs 5000 coins! It is the most expensive furniture item in Club Penguin. It was only ever available in the Better Igloos catalog (now called the Furniture and Igloos catalog) once, from June 6, 2008, to October 17, 2008. Pressing the up and down keys allows you to switch through five different channels, just like every other TV (except the Jumbo TV) in Club Penguin. It is the only TV that is not a wall item.

This item is a great item to use if you're making a movie theater with more than one theater, because sometimes not every theater is facing the wall, so you can't put a wall TV in it. The Big Screen TV is also useful for party igloos if you want to make or throw a party (not one of those lame noob parties though xD), and you want to have a lounge area to watch an ice hockey or sled racing game.
