This town doesn't have much Christmas spirit to be "Christmas Town". I mean if you take out the Clock Tower, it would just look like a normal town. Also you could've changed the post light to have that wreath or bow. You could add snowmen around there, a Christmas tree to replace the clock tower, candy cane lights, and some bright lights to give the warm Christmas feeling.
