Townhouse Community | BLACKMIST100

Hey guys, Mist here!

Today's Igloo Creation is a Townhouse Community. If you are unfamiliar with what townhouses are, they're usually tall and narrow houses connected to one another. They're also usually isolated and part of their own little "town" or unit. Think of Squidville from Spongebob:

Annnd here's the igloo!

Well, what do you think? Let me know in the comments – your feedback is greatly appreciated!

New Author

Hey everyone!

As you can tell by the title, I'm a new author at Creative CP Igloo Ideas! So excited to show you guys my awful igloos. Well before I do that, lets get to know me better. My name is JaydenCP and I began to make igloos around the end of 2011 and it was one of my favorite thing to do on CP. But sadly my account got hacked recently, so I use cpps. Here is my player card!
Here's a few facts about me. I'm thirteen years old from the United States, I love to play basketball with my friends, and I love to make people laugh :) I will be posting at least twice a week so be excited!

Rafting igloo by Harry Cp!

Hey guys! After a string of failed igloo attempts, I decided to go back to what I love to make most -- outdoor igloos! Melanie came up with this great idea of a Rafting igloo which I decided to make and turned out pretty decent. It is based in the jungle and the rafts go through really fast rapids which clash against the rocks. Take a look :

Rafting igloo by Harry Cp!
This igloo includes :
  • Lower path
  • River rapids
  • Rafts
  • Trees
  • Jungle plants
  • Upper path (with steps down to the river)
I would have used the River Pontoon Boat as the rafts but honestly they're too big, I only have 1, and they didn't look right in this igloo. What do you think of this igloo? Let me know in the comments below by leaving a rating /10 and any helpful suggestions so I can improve my igloo.

Amsterdam Igloo

Hey guys! Alex here, today I made an igloo inspired by the city of Amsterdam. Ellie's igloo she made last month really inspired me to make this igloo. This igloo includes a bell tower structure, wine vineyards, an antique bookshop, a cafe, a bridge, an underground area, and a colorful tree. Check it out!
What do you think? Comment below with a score out of 10! As always feedback is welcomed and highly appreciated.

Mel vs. Ellie - St. Patricks Day Special!

Hey guys!

Happy
[belated] St. Patricks Day! In honor of the holiday, Ellie and I have decided to do a ‘’versus’’ to celebrate! Originally we planned to show this to you all on the actual holiday, but school got in the away as it often does, so we decided to show it to you all this weekend. We decided to each make leprechaun villages and let you all decide who made it best. Lets take a look!

 photo banner02.gif

Mel
s Igloo

Hey there guys! Mel here!

So for my Leprechaun Village I decided to make some cute houses made out of wood with some nature detail. As I
ve seen in many representations, theres usually lots of mushrooms as roofs and tree tops. One particular drawing I saw, had fairy houses, so with the wilds puffle treehouses, I decided to give that little detail there. I tried to keep it with a green/brown color scheme as possible, but to make it appealing to the eye, I also added some colorful detail like the mushrooms, the flowers and the river. I was very lucky I finished it right when I got item limit, or else it would of been a pain to make this igloo.

This igloo includes:

>Leprechaun houses (in all sizes and different styles!)
>Fairy houses
>A river
>Gold reservatory
>Rainbow path
>The Great Elder’s House (middle)
>Mushrooms  (be careful to not get poisoned!

 photo banner02.gif

Ellie
s  Igloo

Hey guys, Ellie here,

So for my leprechaun village, I wanted to create a simple yet detailed design that gave this village an enchanted forest-like layout. However, item limit was a MAJOR setback. Originally, I had hedges in the background that gave this a really lush green color that helped pull it all together. They had to be eliminated in order to complete the igloo, but I tried my best nonetheless to create my desired layout.

This igloo includes:

>4 Leprechaun houses
>Rainbow (with a pot of gold of course)
>A waterfall
>A town hall and town square
>Forest-like landscape

>So what do you guys think? Who did it best? Comment with a rating out of 10 and let us know! Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Pirate Forts Igloo by Verde Sal

Hey everyone, it's Verde Sal here. Today I have an original igloo idea for you, Pirate Forts. I started throwing pirate furniture in an underwater igloo, and it turned into this! :D Take a look:

This igloo took me a while to make, but I think it turned out to be a pretty nice igloo. I would have liked to fill the little gaps in the middle, but I had trouble finding stuff to fit there. Anyways, please leave a comment with tips and a rating out of 10, I appreciate it. Peace,

-Verde Sal

Igloo Discoveries #70 : Jayden28's Igloo!

Hey guys!

Sorry about the long post break (Mel and I have a St. Patrick's day igloo that got delayed — stay tuned for that). Today I'd like to show you an igloo made by Jayden28  an igloo discoveries 'veteran '— who showed us this amazing "Neighbourhood Treehouse" igloo earlier tonight! Let's take a look!

I am so in love with the layout of this. It looks super realistic and the colors work perfectly. The hanging banner and furniture inside the treehouse work perfectly, and there's definitely a sense of elevation.

What do you guys think? Make sure to give Jayden a rating out of 10 in the comments!

BATTLE OF THE BRITS [SEASON 3] : ANNOUNCEMENT

That's right, Battle Of The Brits is back for a THIRD SEASON! But this season will be much different. Here is a check list of everything new :
  • New logo
  • New contestant
  • New igloos
  • New home
Since Pludmic has quit CP since the last season, I have recruited fellow Brit and guest contestant from Season 2, Lildudee10 (MissLilCP)!

This season will not be in a video form like the previous seasons but instead will be exclusive to this blog. It will make more sense when we release the episodes!

Me and Lil are still deciding which igloo ideas to make so if you have any suggestions, comment them below! We want to follow the theme of the previous seasons which is famous landmarks, tourist attractions, wonders of the world, things like that.

The new season will release every weekend during April so look out for that!

Laundromat | BLACKMIST100

Hey guys, Mist here.

If you didn't somehow know, I run a YouTube channel where I post Club Penguin videos. Since last year, I've been working on Igloo Creations and The Igloo Challenge. I've always wanted to work on things other than igloos, and I finally got the chance with my new drama, So B. It.

Although it has nothing to do with igloos, my favorite part of making a series like So B. It is creating sets/igloos for it. I think that if you're gonna make a show, you need realistic-looking sets and not lazy igloos.

The first episode includes a Laundromat. I used the Gym Igloo because of its store-like shape. Check it out:

Click on the picture to watch SO B. IT!

The section on the very right is supposed to be a slot machine, which the main character uses to get money. I didn't really try to make it realistic because I was more focused on showing the viewers how the main character uses it.

My favorite part has to be the laundry baskets, made out of Goals/Nets and Clothing Racks.

Well, what do you think? Let me know in the comments – your feedback is greatly appreciated.

Archaeological Dig igloo by Harry Cp!

Hello, today I have made a new igloo which is possibly an original idea. Back in 2012 for Igloo Ideas [S2], I made an archaeological dig igloo but ended up deleting it. I regretted deleting it so made a new version for Igloo Ideas [S4]. I decided to set the archaeological dig on a castle ruins. This igloo is not one of my best but it's a hard idea to bring to life, take a look :
